I was really surprised by my recent stay at the Maputo Afecc Gloria Hotel. The free wifi was a great perk, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and I appreciated the effort made to fix any issues that arose. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met.

Location suited our needs. Enjoyable base for exploring Maputo. Within short walking distance to Guigus Signature, where you can have lunch.

The staff were fantastic and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient with many restaurants nearby, and the Chinese restaurant on duty was really good. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The area surrounding this hotel has some great restaurant options, particularly the Chinese restaurant nearby. You'll also be close to the sea and can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. Speaking of views, some rooms offer stunning views of the ocean as well.
The service at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired, with staff often taking too long to respond to requests.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with excellent service from the staff. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations, including the Spa & wellness centre and Sauna. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were the perfect places to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden area. My room was exquisite, boasting exclusive advantages that I have never experienced before at a hotel.
The only minor issue I had was that the leisure/TV room was a bit small compared to other areas of the hotel. given the vast number of amenities, this was only a minor inconvenience.
